Cancellation Policy

We get it— life happens.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us the opportunity to offer that time to another client.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%. Repeated missed appointments may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.
